Complaint Details
I have purchased a new Idea sim with post paid connection from Zia endeavor,sanpada. They have commited to activate within 48 hours, after follow up with them for 4 to 5 days, it was not activated, so I have cancelled the sim card through written communication to Idea customer care. My request is that I have paid Rs.400 for activation of new sim card, which I am not getting from the dealer. Request to help in this regard.
