AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION LOSSS WAS FROM 12/11/12 INFORMED AT THE STORE AT DADAR, MUMBAI ON 13/11/12 AND ASKED TO SEND THE MECHANIC ASK TO CONTACT IN FRONT OF SCREEN WITH 02044448080. iNFORMED THAT PERSON HAS TO VISIT THE PREMISES BUT NO PERSON CAME AND MESSAGE FOR HAVING RESOLVED THE COMPLAINT AND I USED TO CALL EVERY ALTERNATE DAY BUT NO PERSON USED TO VISIT AND EVERYTIME MESSAGE USED TO COME ON MOBILE HAVING RESOLVED THE COMPLAINT AGAIN CONTACTED BY EMAIL VARIOUS EMAIL SENT AUTOGENERATE REPLY SUCH AS COMPLAINT FORWARDED TO CINCERNED DEPT AND NO PERSON USED TO VISIT. ON 25/11/2012 PERSON CAME POSING AS BELONGING TO AIRTEL AND ASK FOR RS. 350/- FOR REPAIRING AND VISIT CHARGES, WHEN ASK TO GIVE RECEIPT OR SHOW ID CARD HE DECLARED THAT HE IS NOT FROM THE COMPANY SO HE CAN,T ISSUE THE RECEIPT WHEREAS AT THE STORE i WAS TOLD THAT NO CHARGES OR REQUIRED TO BE PAID. WHEN SENT THE EMAIL COMPANY PERSON DID NOT REPLY AND GAVE DIFFERENT COMPLAINT NO. i WAS SO MUCH HARRASSED FOR SUCH SMALL PROBLEM FOR LAST 20 DAYS AS I ASK FOR DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE FOR REFUND OF AMOUNT WITH CHARGES FOR CALL AND BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT WITH COMPENSATION OF rS. 1000 PER DAY FOR UNNECESSARY HARRASSMENT AND TENSION CAUSED WITH INSTALLATION CHARGES, bUT STILL THE COMPANY IS GIVING THE NUMBER.( NOS GIVEN 26024964,26135061,26078685,26196590, 26398773.26378933.6251652 ETC. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE COMPANY IS SENDING RESOLVED MESSAGE WITHOUT ATTENDING ANY PROBLEM OR DIRECTING OTHER PEOPLE. a
i DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THECOMPANY IS GIVEN NO ONE BY ECONOMIC TIMES IN SERVICE SURVEY WHEREAS THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEY CAN'T SOLVE SMPLE PROBLEM AND WHY THEY ARE TAKING NEW CONNECTION WHEN THEY CAN,T HANDLE OR GIVE SERVICE TO ALREADY INSTALLED CONNECTIOM
