Sir i bought a sony vaio laptop model no VPCEB36FG it was having a graphic card problem since when i bought, and it also had few scratches, i brought it from a sony dealer in salem. when i took the laptop to the service center and asked them they formatted my laptop and reinstalled everything and gave me but i again had the problem, they didn't respond to my request properly.the service centre is near pranov hospital salem near new bus stand.
