technician Vikram had visited to my home and suggest there is a height issue and machine is ok. According to him Minimum height for this machine should be 8 Feet but that time it had not been informed to me when company`s sales representative visited to my home for the product demo. Your sales representative gave me advice to buy this product and I bought the same product. Now as a customer what is my fault. I have spent Rs. 16000 for this product but all in vain because it is not working. my prduct is not working since june since 6 month and no action has been taken.
