Dear Sirs,In reference to above subject , You are requested to provide my money from My Po.No. 20426654 (Met Mortgage Protector)

I had purchased a Policy No.20426654 Dt: 12-10-10 Premium : 24730 Rs. for my Housing Loan from Gruh Finance Ltd. of 10Lac.. But I had paid fully Loan on Feb.12 to Gruh Finance Ltd.

So, I was eligible for surrender my Same Policy...I had tried to surrender my Policy before 1 Year.... But I was not received any reply from Metlife... Than I tried to surrender again on 14.09.12 But same as per previous time No Reply...

Thus, I had tried to demand 2 times to Metlife Life Insurance Ltd. But I did Not get any reply.

Only Get SMS on my Mobile 9427323855 that ,
"Your Surrender Request for Policy No.20426654 has been rejected
wide Reference ID:22059331 on 07.11.12 And Ref.No.22171111" on 14.11.12
I am already customer of following Policy No.s
