i purchased WATER PURIFIER (ENHANCE RO)(customer id 1009776957) september 2012. product delivered and receipt not given ,only delivery challan is given. i tried many times by giving service ticket request(3accafd47d16). no response. we are facing this problem second time. before for vaccum cleaner. as i am a senior citizen my son Mr.CHETAN can be reached for further information . i need the bill.
