I purchased one tablet Momo-9 through ebay on 2nd nov bill attached. I found that the equipment was not working properly for which i tried to file a replacement claim using the paisa pay id which was given on bill ( paisa pay id - 32408821744), when I tried for the replacement using this paisa pay id my account get blocked (on 19-Nov-2012). After which I called ebay customer care and ask for the replacement claim, when i told him my paisa pay id i was surprised to know that the id given in bill was wrong which lead to the suspension of my ebay account, according to him my correct paisa pay id is 32408824764. This conversation is recorded with reference no. 1-5491748527 in ebay customer care. On my request he filed replacement claim on behalf of me; the claim number given to me is 140385. Later I received mail from ebay that I have violated ebay policies and hence my account was blocked and ebay can not do anything to settle the replacement claim.
even after sending reminder and raising my genuine case to them they did not respond.
