1.policy not on time not able to take benefit of cashless mediclaim , as per our best knowledge they r generated policy after 3rd jan 2011 on any of other person policy as taking benefit of softwares n we will prove it by their five mistakes in policy,
2: as per call center executive 100% for all person and also shown in polciy
25%of accidental claim paid by them, 3:renewal not generated , fight for renewal, 4 :charges amount for death person,as they are already pay accidental 25% claim,Here is my
5 accidental policy not generated with this renewal plan

As you all know….around 3.5 years ago I was blessed with “Smile of God”, a sweet little Angel came to our family – PRAKRATI BHANDARI. . I must say god was jealous of us….and on 29th Dec 2010 he took away the Beautiful smile from us. We lost Prakrati in an accident. I committed biggest mistake of my life, I took reliance health wise and accidental policy for family. You will be shocked to hear that at the time of her accident I had nothing in my hand no policy papers no TPA mediassit card so that I could have opt for cashless facility. On top of that I got to know from Customer care center that your policy is not even created.



What a situation(It will only happen to a common man), at one place a little girl was struggling for life & her father was fighting with Crooks of RGI(Reliance General Insurance). For your information, I didn’t receive any kind of policy paper even after death of my Kid. They kept on telling us we have couriered, it is transit mode..etc all sorts of nonsense excuses. After 20 days of Prakrati’s death and after 51 day of Policy subscription I finally received the Policy Paper and Mediassit card for Medical Insurance. These shameless creatures had no regrets, on top of that the moment I shared the information about death of my daughter ..they declared it as a “Suicide”. I was so much pissed off from the in-human behavior that I thought of lodging an FIR against Anil Ambani. How come a girl who is just 1.5 year will know the word Suicide, forget about committing it. The have hired such a shameless creatures from the planet who don’t have any values. I am still fighting with RGI ….



My Policy expired on 29th of this month, i tried to explore the other alternatives just to Switch the policy from Reliance to other Insurance company. I came to know that it requires 1 month time frame. I had no option, but to go with Reliance to renew the Policy. To shock of my life they blocked my online renewal ( As I was fighting for a cause with them), there was no way to get my policy renewed. After calling higher officials of RGI, I finally got a chance to renew it, looks like there was no end to my shock, setback and disappointment with RGI & Insurance per say. I don’t wanted to go with their new Plans. I simply wanted to go with the previous i.e. Standard plan. I had no way to avail the previous policy, they stopped all the features of previous policy( In short tried to make sure that I either go with the costly plan of simply quit). I had no way but to go with whatever offered to me. NOW here is the Great Discovery for me. RGI says PRAKRATI BHANDARI is still ALIVE, they have PRAKRATI BHANDARI’s NAME in the policy and they have even charged me for that. [ Please refer the Snapshot shared ] There is no way I can modify the Profiles of Insured person. I was charged for a person who is not alive…it was more painful as the old scars are turning red.



I don’t want to take you down into the lane of memory, but just wanted to inform everybody, if you really care about your family and loved ones, don’t ever think of Buying Reliance General Insurance Policy. We all know what Ethics Reliance has …let’s not give your Happiness in their hand, at least when something is related with Life. This is most irresponsible business house I have ever seen, they will be very polite at the time of taking money and selling the product, one you are caught in their trap ..you are gone. I now remember saying of Father “Never go with something which is Cheap, it will cost you heavily in long Run”. Reliance is really cheap…they are CHEAP in all sense.



I am paying the price …I don’t want others to experience the same pain…after all why we take these insurance and medicalim policy just for that our family doesn’t go through any pain in bad time. But you know …they have expertise in making your Bad time “WORST”.
