Complaint Details
On 16 Nov, 2012, I sent a parcel(4.7kg) from Pune to Bhusawasl by DTDC courier service. According to their price chart provided in the shop, my parcel falls 'within state' category. Their rate is 50rs for 1st kg and rs.25 for next 500gm.So it comes to rs.250. First they made a receipt of rs.350. I bargained, they said, ok, give 300 Rs!I paid and then confirmed with another DTDC centre, they said yes, I was charged more.They have a price calculator chart here- http://www.dtdc.com/web/dtdc-corp/priceTimeFind . But it is not working.
This is second time I am being charged more. Please see in the matter and help me.
