Respected Sir,

I am enrolled with IMT CDL (dehradun Govindgarh) July,12 batch for PGDM 2 years, my concern is that i was not informed by the institution about the exam pattern (Offline or Online), when i enrolled for the course i was told that examinations will be in offline mode but on 29/11/12 at 2:21 Pm they called me up and told me that "this is a reminder call from IMT that you should enroll yourself in SIS for exam before 4th Dec,12.(They should have informed me in advance) I asked them if i can come at the learning center as i don't know how to do registration they said ok. When i went to the center they told me that all slots are booked for December,12 , now you can book your slot for Jan,13 after two days. That time i come to know that our exams will be online.

As per them they informed me in mails as well as in telephonically and through msgs, but i got only one msg from imt for books collection after that i didn't received any mail, call or msg from them before 29th Nov,12. I was also not informed about assignment dates or process, until i asked them by my own. As i am in 1st semester and don't know the process of assignments or exams registration, my concern is why they didn't informed me about the same. If i would have not asked them i could have missed my date of assignments last submission.

I booked my exam slots today as only three dates were available therefore i booked my all exams in those dates, i have three exam on 17th Jan,13. As i had no option and seats were filling fast i thought to book exam instantly without wasting time. But it is quite difficult for me too appear for three exams in a day. Therefore i called up the learning centre at 9897012665 in Dehradun and requested sir if he can help me in that but he even didn't listen to me and started shouting on me. His statement was " Why you are calling me now when you have booked your slots, you should have called me up before booking it (But noboday has informed me about online exam booking and the procedure before), he said " one hour before i changed the slots for some other students by calling the university, don't waste my time now" and he hung up the call.

Now my query is , why he was behaving in a very unethical/unprofessional way with me, being a representative of dehradun learning center, is he suppose to behave like this ? Is this his professionalism and ethics ?, is he doesn't know how to communicate with students ? How can he be a representative of such an reputed educational university (IMTCLD) when he has no professional sense of communication.

After all this behavior, i for sure will never recommended anyone to take admission here, as they are sitting there without responsibilities but with the tag of representatives. Inspite of listening the mistakes made by them, they were putting allegations on me.

If my friends/Colleagues haven't informed me about online procedure, then i believe i would have spoiled my year, or have to pay late fesses. I want the answer that who would be responsible in that situation , because these professional people have not informed me anything in advance.
