I had a confirmed ticket but denied boarding as flight was Over Booked. I was made to wait for more than 1 hour at the counter and than escorted to boarding gate with a standbye boarding card. After reaching the boarding gate I was told that flight is overbooked and can't be taken on this flight. I was again taken back to the ticket counter. I was offer to take the refund back and go. When I resisted I was once again issued a new boarding card was issued once again a standbye Boarding card for 0955 AM Flight 9W331.I was again escorted to boarding gate and was asked to wait. I was introduced to Mr Kunal Salvi and after 40 minutes of waiting and after entire flight was loaded I was again told no seat in the flight. I have gone thru mental agony and don't know what to do.
