Complaint Details
I ordered 4 items on 14th april and inspite of constant request through mails to cancel my order(because of very long processing time), you guys still shipped the order. I tried lot of times to reach you through the number on website, but that's a waste of time and money.There is absolutely no one on other side to take your call! Finally, I received that order 24th april
CONDITIONER BOTTLE HAS ONLY HALF THE CONTENTS( 200 ml instead of 400 ml bottle I ordered)It is broken and leaking.Moreover, it was manufactured in 2012.
Shampoo bottle is also broken and leaking.After requesting for reverse pick up, they agreed but never arranged for it.
I am writing to them since a week but they stopped replying to my mails at all
