we had booked room in club mahindra dharmshala with id no 1404137616. payment had been made by credit card, and confirmation voucher was generated and we received via mail. after few days we received call and mail that room can not be booked as hotel is overbooked. they given some alternative, which we did not like, in spite of our repeated reminders via mail they just giving streotyped reply, we will look into the matter. this was disgusting.
