Complaint Details
I bought a cell phone, Sony Experia E1 dual sim on April 3rd by paying 11500 including VAT and insurance amount.
I just got it back from a service centre after intermittent restarts.
In the beginning, there were some annoying issues with it which the service center said would be resolved after a software update.
However, my current complaint is low call volume which I immediately reported at the store. The store personnel said this is the best you can get for 11500!
even at the service centre I was told I must have read the specs before buying it.
Is good call volume not supposed to be a default feature in a phone. Why do I need to check it? It is the main functionality!
when I keep it at max I hear average.
At the service centre, he showed me some diagnostic tool he ran on the device which is completely unconvincing. The service center manager said he does not have an identical set or he would have compared volumes for me.
