I own Videocon d2h its HD and 3d with south platinum. My I'd no is 96180839. It was good when I bought it and now its HD channels are like normal channels and normal channels are blur and not watchable I complained so many times but no action taken since and I havebeen sspending do much money by calling them and and they are just ignoring me please help me to solve his and give a strict warning not to cheat people
