i am aditya sagar based in mumbai india , i am working in media industry , i have a firm for media works named "flipbook pictures"
we have decided to open a social media network but we were new so we called just dial and asked website developer ,then i got a call from time for fame (www.time for fame.com) the company marketing guy came to my home i discussed each and every detail about my site he agreed for everything , and he asked me 140000 inr for whole website ,i gave him 50000 inr .
after few days they registered my domin name and upload pre-made website ,(company www.phpfox.com provide social media website with licence) Earlier i dint know about phpfox , that time i was thinking about my own social media network for proper business purpose, so i decided i never use any facebook clone or something like that,,as i see the site i took some screen shot and search in google then i got to know about phpfox.
then i asked them to customize my site as i wanted ,then they ask for more money even they r not ready to transfer domin name to my firm ,they r not ready to show me licence of that site ,then i email to phpfox to know about my site(www.mediawaale.com) is illegal or not they replyed me ( Yes, that is a phpFox website (an older version, v2). The developers you have worked with are pirates and what they are doing is illegal.

You can buy a license at http://phpfox.com/pricing . If a Piracy Manager finds your website and it doesn't have a license, then they can request for your website to get shut down just by sending a DMCA. So it's best for you to order a phpFox License, to avoid any legal issues.
