Complaint Details
I have recieved a dented product(Refrigerator - A small dent which is down right of the body and is not visible from front and left side view) on 8.03.2014. Till date No body has taken the issue seriously. Also no body has come for even demo. I called customer care for so may times but Croma people are saying that i have not made them acknowledged regarding the issue. What is happening with Croma and its Brand Value?

I have been harassed by Croma and having very bad experience with the Croma People.

I want to escalate it to the highest possible authority .
