Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a new samsung refrigerator from pioneer electronics on 22/04/2014. On 29/04 i discovered a crack under the vegetable tray( pic attached). I reported this complaint to pioneer electronics on 30/04/2014. I was told that they will report to samsung who will send technician to get it checked within 24 hours. No one turned out and not even a call back to me from anyone to follow up. Then i contacted again to pioneer electronics on 02/04/14 and spoke to vinod kumar(manager) who gave very vague answer to my questioning why no one has turned out yet. Vinod then assured he will contact sachin who is representative from samsung. (Thankfully i got sachin direct no.) then as expected no follow up as i was promised call back within half an hour from sachin. Then again i picked my phone called sachin and asked if he got call from vinod from pioneer electronics and answer was 'NO'. As Sachin was somewhere outside he assured he Will call me back within 10-15 minutes but again no follow up. The way pioneer electronics and samsung have dealt with my complaint i would like my money back or replace it with new fridge.
Please follow up and let me know what is the next i have to do?
