Respected Sir,
We had booked a unit in Amrapali princely estate R-601.We already paid 30%payment against the same. There is some amount around 4.5lacs approx. was due against that unit. As My wife employee of Investors Clinic (Broker Firm) with Director Mr. Sumit Raheja and sold many units of Amrapali in different projects .Her commission in due against sold units through her. By mutual understanding between Amrapali Senior Management and Investors Clinic Seniors it was decided Rs 7.5lacs adjusted against our unit which is higher than due amount so we discussed with Mr. Ambuj in Amrapali accounts for that and it was clear no interest would be charged against my unit and my unit will not cancel. But we don’t know why Senior Management is cancelled her adjustment. When we got this news she had talked to Mr. Sumit Raheja & Mr. Gaurav harjai (representative of investor’s clinic that time) both told me Mr. Mohit Gupta Senior Management is now agree to do adjustment so there was nothing to worry about it. We are chasing our case regularly .Now we got to know that our unit is cancel and refund cheque is lying in Amrapali without informing us about cancellation. But we thought it is time taking process we had sold our whole Jewellary & broken our FD's and arranged fund to pay the due amount and my wife reached Amrapali. But Mrs. Gitanjali PA of MR Mohit Guptaji told her unit will be revive on new rates with some discount she is shocked. This is really painful for me. Now please registered our complaint against Amrapali (Mohit), and help to revive this flat.
