Complaint Details
I ordered a cake on line on http://www.monginis.net/ on april 29, the delivery date was 1st. I called and confirmed that will they deliver on the 1st they said yes. I paid for the cake online and the cake was not delivered. Now they are not answering their phone or replying to their email. am out of the country at the present. Its May 2nd today. They are not refunding my money either. I wanted the cake yesterday. I have attached the receipt I received from them online. This order was never delivered.
