I purchased a beetel 3G USB modem 7.2 BG64 in September, 2013. And since the day of purchase it is creating problem. Every time whenever i connect it, it shows different different error and gets disconnected. I have called customer care many times and every time they suggest me to go to service center and service center people say that there is no problem in the USB modem and i need to change the connection. I have tried using different different connections but the problem remains the same. I have tried contacting beetel through phone and email. once they refered me to service center but service center people said there is no problem but problem persisted and when again i tried to contact them over email or phone there was no response or i was said that they cannot help.
