Sir, I have ordered a Lenovo netbook laptop to anytime retail by online shopping (order number 1051793)and the amount of Rs.17924.00 is paid on 10 Jan.2014 by cheque no.376823 of Corporation Bank, Nalanchira, Trivandrum to the account No. 08852000000402 of HDFC bank, Bangalore (BTM Layout Branch)as per their demand. Later they replied that the model is not available and declared that the amount shall be returned. But they did not return the money. I have reminded several times and finally informed them that I am going to complaint. But so far they did not return the amount. Please help me to get my money back or to get the ordered product ( Lenovo Ideapad S 11059 328519 netbook). The cheque for the said amount was submitted at the HDFC branch, Pattom and the copy of the chelan for money remittance is attached herewith.
