Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am from Raipur (C.G.) and I have a TIKONA broadband connection. This is a complaint against TIKONA wireless broadband providers. Their payment portal is very unreliable and it shows payment failure on cards with no CVV no. We called the Tikona customer Care as we could not pay the bill online through debit cards, because of faulty designed payment portals.The customer care just transferred calls from one to another and the staff which contacted in person were rude and unprofessional and even not concerned to help. They billed Rs.200 extra for non payment of bill (for bill of 15 mar- 15 apr 2014). I have pais the extra bill details of which are giv
