Dear Sir/Madam,

This is informing you to I am Madar Maideen have a savings account ( 0611301000010536 ) with Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ramapuram Branch , Chennai-600089 I have used our Ramapuram Branch ATM Centre card No: ( 4679370204212616 ) on ( 16-08-2013 ) I don’t have at the time so, give to the Atm card my brother Sirajudeen he tried for withdrawal amount Rs.10,000 and 15,000 A bad experience I have gathered. he have not received any money from the ATM (Ramapuram Branch). But my account is Showing that Rs.10, 000/ and 15,000 has been debited for the transaction.

I have Complained to Customer care 2 times and bank Manager to the complaint letter of Lakshmi Vilas Bank on 22.10.2013 MY Complaint id no is: MAD73729926, MAD71581438. But no response still now And bank Manager Say to me you already withdraw the cash in our Atm as per my banking record but I am sure not withdraw any cash at the time
