Hi,
I have ordered for 10 gm gold coin with order number 3001695436 and paid the whole amount using my hdfc bank credit card at their online store at www.shopping.indiatimes.com on July 22nd. They have not delivered to me yet and inspite of it they have sent me an email on Dec 4th stating that it has been delivered. Now, i have logged a compalint with them bearing number 551945 and they say that they are pursuing the matter with courier service people. I request urgent help here and get me the product delivered to me or return the money Rs 35846 to me as soon as possible.
