Hi , i am Rakesh Kumar Nayak, I am from Bhubaneswar, Orissa, my Contact no. 8270481298 I brought a Bsnl sim About 20 dAys Ago, bsnl no is 9439852990, The proBlem I am facing is regarding outgoing FacilityWhIch they havent STarted yet... I have sUBbMitted My ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, ONE DAY THE CUSTOMER CARE IS SAYING THAT THE FRC IS DONE AND THE OUTGOING FACILITY WILL BE STARTED WITHIN 48HRS... AND OTHER DAY HE SAID THAT FRC IS NOT DONE CONTACT THE DEALER...EVERY DAY THE SAME THING...AND NOW ITS ABOUT 20 DAYS SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED THE SIM AND THE OUTGOING FACILITY HAS NOT ENABLED YET...THEY JUST GAVE ME A COMPLAIN NO EO033512402, EVERY TIME I CalL THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ASK ME COMPLAIN NO , AND PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER THAT CALL DISCONNECT...AND NOW THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY NO... I CALLED BSNL CUSTOMER CARE..THROUGH MY AIRCEL NO MENTIONED ABOVE.... SO M TOTALLY HELPLESS, WENT TO BSNL OFFICE THEY SAID ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE... AND THIS THING IS GOING FOR 20 DAYS... PRESENTLY M IN KEONJHAR DISTICT OF ODISHA..
