M/S Dolphin Enterprises, Visakhapatnam concluded comprehensive service contract vide Receipt No 10 20644377 for my above unit from 12-04-2012 to 11-04-2013. They have failed to provide quality maintenance service for the past one month resulting in financial loss for purchase of purified water from the venders.
The service personnel attended twice on 03-11-2012 and 10-11-2012 but the unit was shut down immediately next day after their service on both the occasions. A remark of not satisfactory about service was also made in the report of service personnel while attending service on 10-11-2012.
Further visit was also made on 22-11-2012 and informed that U.V tube is not working and the same will be relaced with in 3 days, since the spares are not available at present. When enquired over phone on 26-11-2012, they say that as and when the spare is received, the same will be replaced to your ro+uv without mentioning the time frame to solve the problem. This type of attitude will bring down the confidence of customer.

The service of replacement of UV tube has been pending for want of spares for the last 2 weeks.
