My hcl me laptop is under guarantee of 3 yrs. and my cooling fan of that stopped working.I lodged a complaint regarding this on 8 April with complaint id-8504368574 since the product was under offsite guarantee they told me to go to bhilwara service center.
I went there on 9april 2014, there er sourabh mishra gave a demand to company for my cooling fan.
But till now(5th may,11 am) cooling fan is not dispatched from company according to company's representative and he hasnt valid reason for this.
My 1 month guarantee period lost as i am not able to operate my laptop.So please have a look in matter
