I purchased a Symphony cooler on April 13th 2014 ,from yesterday i mean May 2nd 2014 it is not working properly,the cool option is not working i registered
the complaint in the symphony website and manually i sent the sms to the registered mobile number to the details that are provided in the company website
till now there is no response from the symphony and no one attended the call and no service engineer came and checked what has happened no one is responding
properly. please look into this ,the symphony team has sent me the technician name to my mail and said they will call and fix the issue ,no one has attended
and i tried to reach him on the service engineer mobile but he is not taking the calls kindly please look into the issue.
