Agent of stars sky told me their links with brands like homeshop18 and star cj making me belive that all the products seen on both the television are cover in the coupen (which gave me right to get discount of 52% on tv price) which was then sold to me.Now the agent has informed me that they only sell products of only two companies which are not upto my expected brands. Moreover many online sites are offering the same product at much less price which contradicts agents statement of getting me the best deal. Rs.400 were charged from me for the card which now company refuses to refund.in a talk with superior of the company i was given offer of some brand which satisfied me a littel but now that person is not even picking my calls.website of the company: starskyshop.in according to picture uploaded by them, shows the the burner set which they sell is of a reputed brand glen.
