Complaint Details
I was purchased this product at 30/01/2013 from "Flipkart Online Shopping" vide Invoice No. - DEL20130100453790.

Complaint is that I am facing following issues with this product -
1. Grinding Blade burst and fall apart from Dry/Wet Grinding Jar at the time of operating of machine, owing to my wife bruised herself because she was operating the machine.
2. Coupler and Jar Locks of basic unit also cracked because of above accident, also Dry/Wet Grinding Jar is damaged.
3. This machine created hazardous situation (which may be result in serious injury).

I was raised a complaint at 22/04/2014 vide complaint number "4534322" regarding the matter. Company Technician visited at my home at 28/04/2014 and told that replacement of the body of the basic unit and jar is the only solution of the problem as this is a very major fault.

This product is covered under 2 years Guarantee so I want to refund this product and need money back, so I requested company officers many time by calls and by E-mail but they refused my request and talked with me in very rudely manner.

This was a faulty product as I was raised many complaints in past after some days of purchasing it, some past complaints numbers are (2211443 - 08/02/2013, 2277493 - 22/02/2013, 2812693 - 26/06/2013).

So I am not interested to use this product more as company has provided a faulty product and deficient service to me, also I have full right of refund this product and get money back as this is covered under 2 years Guarantee.

Kindly look in this matter and provide me resolution on urgent priority.
