Background:
Our water filter which is under AMC was serviced around 20 days back. During the service your technician broke the additional external filter that was connected to the machine and instead of fixing the same, connected the machine directly to the water supply.
Today my machine broke again and we are out drinking water in the peak summer. I suspect now all the internal water filters are choked. Please address the issue immediately and dont expect me to pay for your internal filters.
