Sir/madam,
Today, I dialled *121# as specified by Vodafone and identified that 1gb 3g data pack is available for Rs.124 and I activated it. But I have got 650Mb and only 20 days validity as opposed to the specified 1gb and 30 day validity. When enquired with customer care the reply is 'the plan was changed on may 2,2014'. I didn't receive any notifications about this, nor did Vodafone update its *121# status. So as it is the mistake of Vodafone I need u to refund me the cash I paid as I don't want this changed pack. And one more thing I was put on hold for 20 mins to even get a reply. I request some action to be taken.
