I have been buying clothes from this brand called Biba as it used to deliver quality.. but this time the experience has been quite dissappointing.. i made a purchase of apx.. 10k but initially one of the kurti was defected which i got replaced.. another's botton got broken when i was wearing it for the first time.. the third kurti's stich broken by one side while i was wearing it in my office.. fourth's button holes were oversize and they were to be tucked by safety pins to avoid from opening.. 5th when i called up the concerned shop to exchange the choodidaar as it was oversized., i was refused as the company did not have policy to bear courier charges for small amount products... when i offered that the courier charge will ne borne by me.. even then the request was not entertained.. I need few answers from the company that why should we spend buying ur stuff when u dont deliver quality, why should we trust ur brand value, the fabric is of worst qyality, the clothes got shrinked after one wash.. a customer pays extra to get quality but sorry to say Biba is just befooling the customers to mske money!!
