Complaint Details
Outgoing call was barred.
Hence called customer care, they inform that bill has exceeded above rs 15000/-
Checked details online for bill payment.

Online Amount displayed Rs 0.

Logged a complaint in tata docomo gallery by providing alternate contact#.
Request # 393675575.

Received call from tata docomo executive MIDC (Nisha) contact # 912249224545 on 8/03/2014 informing to pay 50% bill and assurance was given that 50% amount will
be discounted/waiver.

Hence paid bill and sim was activated for a day and disconnected on another day.

Bill paid on 21-Mar-2014. attached # 2

Once again complaint in tata docomo gallery.

No response from tata docomo for a month.

Received call from Kunal Khanna (contact# 8467899336) informing that he is advocate from tata docomo and case will be filed if amount is
not paid within two hours and we have to pay fine of rs.60000/.
Hence paid remaining amount with advice from consumer complaint department.

After assurance of discounted amount they didn't activate sim.
Since this is my only business number many customer contact has been lost.
It has definitely effected my business with significant loss.


Charging customer Rs.15000 for 1 gb of 2g gprs is not fair when 6gb gprs package is already been subscribed and
providing false information with assurance is incorrect.

Sim has been disconnected for Jan 2014 till may 2014.

Bill 05/12/13 to 04/01/14
