Complaint Details
I had a burnt PCB in my Air purfier, complained to the company. The engineer checked and verified the complaint but reported that spares for this product are not sent by the company. It's been more than 4 months since I have been behind the company/agents to resolve this problem. Still no solution.Multiple complaints on website and have also written tot he Ombudsman.
