Complaint Details
This is with regards to the above center which claimed to be HP-authorized and took my laptop for repair. When I asked for the bill they had said they can track it online through my number and hence do not give bills. The laptop packed up in a month but I could not go back as I was traveling. When I went back recently their entire staff had changed and they claim to know nothing about my laptop. They have no online record but a paper transaction. Further they are refusing to send my laptop for repair and/or give me the name of the service center they sent it to. They also told me they are not HP-authorized wherein their entire store has HP laptops and their cards say they are EXCLUSIVE-HP RETAILERS. I think it is a shame such fradulent stores exist; they shoudl be shut down before they dupe anymore unsuspecting customers.
