Complaint Details
We went for dinner at "5spices" restaurant on 5th may 2014 around 10.30pm. We ordered one thai pot noodles. We found one big worm in it. We have shown it to manager and he said sorry n thrown the dish in canteen. He didn't give us chance to click photo. We contacted the bandra branch but no feedback yet.
