Hello Sir, I made a booking on makemytrip website for Wangnoo Houseboats, SRINAGAR. Mon, Mar 17, 2014 was supposed to be check-in which we later changed to Mon, Mar 18, 2014. MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NH210325981594 Booking Date - Sun, 09 March 14 Due to changes in our plan, I cancelled the above booking on Mar 12. I received confirmation that I will receive the cancellation refund on or before 4th April, 14. I have still not received the Refundable Amount: INR 5351 in my account. I have attached the bank transaction details as requested twice. I launched complaint on April 14 saying that I have not received the refund. Since than I have been following up on this 15-20 times but still my issue is not resolved. Every day they just keep on telling me we need 48 hours, we need 72 hours but even after 25 days issue is still pending. I have escalated this issue on all 4 levels as mentioned on online and have escalated the same to management also but they are not bothered about the same. Please take necessary action and compensate me. Regards, Neha
