Respected Sir,
I have purchased Datawind ubislate 7cz tablet from flipkart online website, , , , , , , first day there was no problem, , , but on subsequent day it shows charging problems, , , and bettery even drains in charging, , , , and when i go for changing its main screen guard mobile screen having lots of scratches like it is second hand, ., , , , , and after 2 days it stop even switch on, , , , , just stuck on starting screen... i placed replacement request on 29th april, , , , they said my defected product will be picked by them on 2nd may, , , and i will gate new tablet on 8th may, , today is 7th may but still even my product is not picked, , , , , everyday i called customercare on this number 18002089898 but they just made me fool, , , , by evry time saying me wait for 24 hurs, , ,
