I had ordered the above-said model 5 days back and had urged quick response because my previous aquagard filter had conked out and I had no water in the house. I was asked to make payment right away, and promised delivery of the product within 24 hours of making the payment. However, now I have been waiting for 3 days. There seems to be huge miscommunication between order takers, call centre employees and the delivery makers. In the end the customer suffers. I have been calling and talking to a Mr. Sudershan, and according to him I should have got delivery latest by Tuesday evening. Now how long do I have to wait - first for delivery and then for installation! I feel i made a mistake in ordering A Eureka Forbes product!
