Complaint Details
I made downpayment for membership of Rs 20,644/ on 25/10/2013, on assurance of that if I do not want the membership can tell him within 3 days, he will not process the application and will refund immediately. I called him within the stipulated time and also emailed regarding cancellation to him on 30/10/13 and @ feedback@sterlingholidays.com on 8/11/2013. I got an autoresponse mail stating that my grieviance will be redressed in 2 days. after that i repeatedely mailed them but got no response. In January, after my mail of filing in consumer forum, the contacted me through Ms Amreen Shaikh, She assured me that I will get refund but I have not got it yet. In the mean time, they processed my apllication and kept calling for due EMIs for membership.
