Complaint Details
Yesterday i got a call from 011-65028802 shopcherries.com regarding short listed for a prize of ford eco sport car. they talk regarding the contest and tell me to verify the bank account details by taking my debit card information and made the transaction Rs. 39999 without my knowledge.

when i knew this i called on that no Mr. sahil Molhotra was on the line and represent as my contest regarding executive and he told me the amount has been charged for block of contest id since you are now the winner for eco sport car.

Again he told me we will give you a 18 cart gold and diamond earning and pendent worth of rs 60000.00. I told him that i am not interested with this product.

on same day i sent a mail to care@shopcherries.com as follows

Dear Shop Cherries Team
Kindly Cancel my order SCM 1200002717  Rs.39999 Which was done by your sale team by taking my Debit Card Information over the phone. I am no more interested in our Live your FORD ECOSPORT Dream contest. Kindly revert the transaction to my account .
