Complaint Details
To whomsoever it may concern.
We had booked a round trip from Kolkata to dibrigarh, booking is on 14 Mar and return date is 19 Mar with JetKonnect. Yatra Reference Number: 21021420435 and PNR no. KFESQZ. I have attached the ticket for your information.
But in the last moment the airline (jet konnect) changed the destination from dibrugarh to jorhat and did not bother to inform the passenger and when they arrived to board the flight from kolkata airport and that time we came to know about the changes.
But we had to board the flight as there was emergency at our place and then we have to travel from Jorhat to dibrugarh via taxi and it was 9 hours journey. We exhausted by this journey.
Therefore we asked the airline to cancel the return ticket n they did the same n said that will refund full booking amount around 8655 rupees as early as possible and asked us to coordinate with Yarra for the refund as it was their portal through which we booked the ticket.
Then we tried to coordinate with Yatra.com for the past 2 months and every time they were unable to resolve the problem and every time they used to say that they are coordinating with airline and have not received any confirmation from airline end.
In these 2 months we faced mental as well monetary problem. We travel from Jorhat to dibrugarh by our own expenses. My credit card company charged me for not paying the amount as they not refunded my money into the credit card account.
