Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have changed my name speelings and all necessary documents were submitted to NSDL PAN CARD department. They are not understanding my mails and not providing proper update. As per the request , I have provided my fathers full name with attested copy. Same was delivered to PAN card department with register post. As per postal departmenet details, the post was delivered. But, NSDL says that they didnt received the post and the particular document. Please find the enclosed details.
