I have purchased chevorlet beat No.DL 10 CB 1513 from autovikas sales & service pvt ltd., I had made the all payment in cash on 29-04-2011 but the vehicle was delivered to me by the company on 8-05-2011 because the vehicle was not ready with them. The Insurance cover of the vehicle was provided by the company is also w.e.from 8-05-2011. At that time three year warranty was given to me. Now I was feeling some trouble in the vehicle for few days backin April,2014. I requested the company at 12/A Shivaji Marg, New Delhi-110015 to repair my car through their pick and drop service but they denied on the basis that they are not giving this pick and drop service on any complaint of the vehicle. Afterall I managed to carry my vehicle to the workshop of the company at the above address on 6-05-2014. But the company is denying to give me service of within the warranty period even I have personally talked to Mr. Ashish Sharma, General Managerat his Mobile No.8826996130 but he is very rude to hear any complaint and denied to give me service required.
