Complaint Details
- My mobile was recharged with 200/- INR of Topup and 150/-INR of data 2g 1GB Plan.
- yesterday it self balance was zero and have complained my time and was solved but today morning it was zero and customer complain was not picking answering calls and i have business loss whole day + not even to make calls. even not able to make customer care bcoz of insufficient balance.

- Now issue is I have recharged my no for rs 10 and its showing every thing fine my balance is stolen from Airtel company.
one customer excutive told me yesterday morning at 3:00 am that it for whole mumbai circle but it is not the case as you can ask any one having airtel no.

my request ro consumer forum to help me and get my mony back + recover my business loss.
