Hi,
I'm a Customer of BSNL for the past 18 Years, but the service provided by this people is so worse. For the past 1 month internet and the Landline is not working. I made a complaint personally and using Customer Care but there is no response from their side. If I long a complaint thru Customer Care I will get a Complaint No(Docket No (110767691042, 111012215621)) but on the next day the complaint will be closed without solving it. I will get a message Mr. Thomas will solve your issue but he won't do that. These people coming to the office around 10.30am and 11.30am they will close the office and go to the nearby engineering college for free lunch. On 20th April, I met him(Mr. Thomas) personally I asked about my complaint he replied unknown technical term due to that the issue was not solved and due to election duty we are busy now, after the election(Election Date :24/04/2014) we will rectify the issue but today is 09/05/2014 still it is not got resolved. In out place there are around 8 or 9 BSNL Landline Connection, but only for 2 people it is working because they are in politics. I'm paying Rs.750 for Broadband and Landline without working. Kindly take action against them. Try to help us to solve this issue.
