After booking the apartment,

They will call you 1000 times to settle all the money.

Once you settled a money to builder, They will never ever pick the call nor call you back to ask the problem. U will realize the customer relationship after the settlement.

All the materials put in the flat always looks like second hand material. pl. visit the apartment if you need more input.

Russel Foundations Pvt Ltd is only to make money not to provide quality apartments and maintenance.

Whatever the work done so far is only Temp fix. There is no permanent fix.

No supervisor will monitor the work.

Never Respond customer to fix the problem.

Always say u have to spend this amount to ignore it.

All the office workers also waste. so please dont go with this builder.
