Complaint Details
This email is to share with you my painful and agonising
experience with Housefull Furnitures. The following are
the details of my puchase.

Description : Delta 3 DR wardrobe PT19 WENGE.

I bought this piece with an assurance from your
sales team that the furniture is pre treated for
any fungus and termite and will last long.Driven by the
name of the company i made the purchase. Apparently
all your claim have turned falls because not only the
fungus affected the piece but the plaks have literally
deformed themselves, the door doesn't close, last but
not the least the planks are dropping powder. My first
conversation if you go through was with a Lady named
Nishmita who assured that with that kind of damange
within just a few months the piece can be replaced.
Another smart personnel contacted us from your company thinking
that he could get a pat on his back by just providing me
with fixes and not replacing the piece. The mesure of the
damage caused to the finishing can be seen in the images
and a clip i have attached herewith. I feel very cheated
and in no circumstances i am going to settle for any repairs
i would like the entire piece replaced. As the piece is
not given any treatment for making it fungus and termite
proof, With partial repair this issue will arise again
and once i am out of warranty i will have to literally watch
my money go to waste.
My several attempts to get this done were given negative response. Now the don't even answer my call they are waiting for it to run out of warranty and once out of it then there's no way i can it replaced or even repaired.Please help.
